Start point — El Chaltén
The trailhead for Laguna Capri begins at the end of Avenida San Martín in El Chaltén, following the same route as the famous Laguna de los Tres trail (Fitz Roy hike).

The round trip to and from Laguna Capri takes about 3-4 hours, depending on your pace and how long you spend at the lake. It is roughly 8 km (5 miles) round trip.

Boiling water from the lake is recommended. It’s an incredible spot to wake up with views of Fitz Roy in the morning light (Highly recommended)
